After having an iChat session with Elvis, I noticed something a bit strange going on. When I tried to add him to my AIM Buddies in iChat, he would appear, fade away, and then disappear. While I was still able to chat with him, this made it impossible to share my desktop with him, and I really wanted to show him how cool Spotify is (and it REALLY is. They’re on to something).

In any case, I was glad to see I wasn’t the only one suffering from this annoying bug. Apparently Boeing Driver was suffering from it as well. Now I’m waiting for him to come back online to see if this fix works. I’ll let you know what happens.

UPDATE: I’m still waiting to test this fix out with Elvis. His little girl delayed things for us yesterday by conducting a little experiment involving beads yesterday. So it goes.
